Feeling totally drained from the nonstop to-do list and trying to figure out this whole 'new mom' thing—on top of dealing with anxiety? Yeah, it’s a lot.

It’s like you can never RElax.

Being a new parent is seriously exhausting. You've suddenly got this huge pile of things to do, on top of navigating this whole new "mom" thing, and it can feel completely overwhelming. Just trying to keep up with the day-to-day stuff, while also going through this massive life change, can leave you feeling constantly drained and emotionally stretched thin. Trying to be "good" at everything while your brain is buzzing with thoughts makes it so hard to find any peace.

It's like you're caught in this tiring loop of being totally wiped out, constantly caring for your little one, and dealing with that nagging anxiety. This whole juggling act can really take a toll on your energy and your mental well-being.

If this sounds familiar, please know you're definitely not the only one feeling this way. Lots of new parents go through the same thing, and reaching out for support is a really important step. Therapy can give you a safe place to talk about all those overwhelming feelings, learn some helpful ways to cope, and start finding a better balance as you adjust to being a mom.
